Sticking to a plant based diet isn't hard for me. Meat just seems gross to me now, eggs are meh, and the only dairy product I miss even a little is real cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, so it's not really an option anyway. But I must admit, having to cook almost everything from scratch is a drag.
