This morning I squeezed a Fartlek session into just 30 minutes. After a steady 1-mile warm-up, I used 3 familiar Strava segments for sprint efforts, with recovery in between. It may only have been 30 mins, but a well-planned session with purpose still delivers a really effective workout! #running
