Updated version of our preprint is now live! In addition to our prior data, we conducted a 2ndary analysis of CT-based body comp collected from the National Lung Screening Trial. We found that there are body composition changes prior to cancer diagnosis.

Had a fantastic time sharing my postdoctoral work with an incredible community of scientists and colleagues at the Myology Institute.
Using the PER2::LUC circadian reporter mouse, we mapped the temporal progression of circadian disruption in the experimental pancreatic KPC model.
