Queuing at the Gorse Bakery in Edinburgh earlier, very nice Guinness Chocolate cake was worth the wait.

Fun start to the day
Finn rolls over in his sleep, falls off the bed & lands on a full tube of hand cream. Which bursts all over him & the bed/mirror
He then runs around in a half-awake panic, smearing cream over the walls, carpet etc
On the upside, he now smells way better than he usually does…
One of the most endearingly/exhilaratingly amateurish (no insult there!) records I own
Four tracks in a whisker over seven minutes, then (barring a sampler track & a fanzine-mounted flexi shared with The Darling Buds) back into obscurity
