My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

They’re voting on the pro committee of Andy Billig and Erik Lowe. That passed unanimously (but I didnt actually hear a vote from French.) now on the motion to add Mike Allen and Rick Romero to the con committee. That passed 8-1 with Dixit voting no
