One of the many utter insanities in the FTC lawsuit is that it implies WPATH supports Vaginoplasty for 8 year olds.
Meanwhile EVERY state that's banned Gender Affirming Care for minors has provisions in their law allowing genital surgery to be performed on intersex children.

Then there’s an abrupt cut after which he states he can’t schedule an appointment or continue the conversation.
