Great thread about why this FTC lawsuit against WPATH is going nowhere fast.
If there's something to be grateful for it's the continued incompetence of a DoJ run by sycophants who are genuinely terrible at their job.
One of the many utter insanities in the FTC lawsuit is that it implies WPATH supports Vaginoplasty for 8 year olds.
Meanwhile EVERY state that's banned Gender Affirming Care for minors has provisions in their law allowing genital surgery to be performed on intersex children.

Jamie Reed testifies that providers wouldn't be able to get a fair trial under SB 934's extended SoL for survivors of conversion therapy due to lack of long term recordkeeping.
Jamie has however supported similar bills extending SoL for detransitioners to sue the clinicians who provided them GAC.

This lends further credence to the likelihood Camille and her team knew this case was not going to succeed and chose to cut their loses.
