I'm now having to drive to a track in Rotherham every week. For a city that's supposed to be proud of its sporting heritage. hosts the English Institute of Sport and is famous for Seb Coe and Jess Ennis, it's ridiculous. Seems that policies getting kids to move more are actually pretty worthless.
I did mine yesterday (smug face alert). Three days ahead of deadline is winning at life!
