Margaret Coffin was a congregant at Old North Church and the owner of Pew 1. In 1838, Coffin started donating Books of Common Prayer to those in need so they could participate in religious services. Historians estimate that she gave away close to 3,000 books!
The day job today was spent cataloguing obituaries. Can't tell you who or the collection I'm working with but I can say that you really want your person of interest to end up with an obit in the Telegraph or the Times. So much info, career stuff, genealogical, gold dust all of it! #FamilyHistory
