Example Costs 1.00, Sells for 2.50. N=10
So 10%*2.50/1 = 25% tax.
In the 1960's 2.5 was the the standard multiplier so if it cost a dollar it sold for 2.50 and a common tax rate 27%
so 10%*1000/0.25 = 40,000% tax rate,.
