Something different today; a Valbaran Goddess of warfare and renewal/husband-taking (after conquering an enemy). Valbarans were not always so unified.

Outbound Flight. A three-ship flight of Tzcuaht'li bombers take off near dawn for a training flight. The premier Consensus air/space attack craft, the Tzcuaht'li (Obsidian Raptor) was designed for rapid, stealthy strikes.
A somewhat quick doodle. I was going to color and render as practice but my SSD crashed. I lost all of my .CSP files, including this one. Thankfully I could edit and shade over the .png of it.
Something not Valb themed: My own interpretation of the goddess Anput, using a screenshot as a direct reference.
This started out as a paint study; I was only going to paint her face but it quickly grew in scope, however. I color-picked too much perhaps but overall, I learned a lot.
Another Anput render! This took far longer as I built most things by hand, relying less on direct references. I spent a lot of time on small details instead of broad strokes but it came out well, I think.
I shall return to Valbarans for my next post, worry not!

It took me some time to finish this one, a very fluffy Masi'sem'atika.
I tried more painting brushes, though rendering more than anything else.
