i think its funny that smash melee has consistently stayed ~$60, but pokemon games literally just added a zero to the end of the prices they were going for 6 years ago. some of the most over produced video games of all time cost as much as a car!!!
i talk about it on stream frequently, but its one of those things i dont really have a solution for besides owning the means of production and just making new boards and plastic molds. i always thought things like the virtual console or rereleases on steam would help, which they did for a while
