Okay, I think I’m in love with this gorgeous new friend I met last night. This is an Eastern Spotted-winged Antlion (Dendroleon obsoletus), a member of the group whose larvae dig sand funnel pit traps (not this species, though.) It’s only the 16th record of this species from Florida on iNat! #bugsky
Um. It would not be possible for me to be more personally (and correctly) attacked. I'll go back to the chapter I'm revising now... <hangs head in shame>
OK, chapter in good enough shape for a beta reader. Can I scroll again now, or should I start the next chapter?
(Yes, I know the answer to that.)
Clearly, if he should happen to get knocked down, he will get up again. And that's a good thing!
Seconded, same.
Although I still have $0.06 left in mine, which I think is a great investment in finding out What The Heck Will Happen.
Congratulations, Andy!

I'm just writing about this. Interestingly, on the page I think it's the opposite: it's really hard to express the (likely) effects of the end-K impact. You can compare to Beirut, Hiroshima, Krakatoa, but "even bigger than" can only do so much work...
