At 16 here in the UK you can fuck. You can vote in certain elections. You are *told* to make choices (a-levels, apprenticeships) that can affect the entire rest of your life.
But as of next year you won't be able to watch YouTube at night. Because, err, well... That bit hasn't been explained.
