They did the crimes, make them DO THE TIME!
The whole thing about Democrats searching for a winning message for the midterms is infuriating because it is staring them in the face: Rule of Law — People who do illegal shit should face consequences. For insider trading. For illegal wars. For ignoring court orders. For being a pedophile.
This decision applies only to talk therapy, not forms of "conversion therapy" that involve physical interventions (which are really abuse). It does not strike down Colorado's law on its face. Actually, it does not invalidate anything—it just holds that this kind of law is subject to strict scrutiny.
