my old house. it used to be blue. this is from 2018. the garage & deck were added after we left. the weeping willow's still there & the cedar trees in the front yard- there was a hammock strung between them & I used to lay in it & read, many a summer afternoon.

watching pilots always restores my faith in humanity. they're so professional; keeping track of a dozen systems, rattling off tech speak in multiple languages, precisely flying these huge aircraft. to me, they're the height of cool. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTuW...
tried to watch THE HOMESMAN (2014). interesting neo western, up until it tried to sell me Hillary Swank lusting after Tommy Lee Jones (not knocking older men kinks, it's just in the film it came out of nowhere & I didn't buy it at all).
