in 2015, I went out to Colorado to build this behemoth, which was in the midst of a major lawsuit because of mismanagement by the VA. they wanted a state-of-the-art hospital built for ~$400M, it wound up costing nearly $2B. guess what the govt ended up paying?
if you guessed "over $2B because they had to bring in the Army Corps of Engineers to manage the project after the VA got destroyed in court" you'd be correct! basically my prediction is something similar happens with the ballroom, which will cost whatever Clark says it costs
the feds are coming in hard in Minneapolis today it looks like, targeting legal observers. I heard this from a friend there: "An alert was just posted to lock your doors and don’t open them for ICE/officials without a signed warrant. Twin Cities Legal observers’ homes are being raided... [cont'd]
BREAKING: I foiled two terrorist plots against Trump personally this morning by myself, where's my NBC profile
clark apparently says this thing is $600M, appx. $6700/sqft. for comparison, Taipei 101, at one point the tallest building in the world until surpassed by the Burj Khalifa in 2009, was built from ~2000-2004 and cost roughly $1.9B to build. at 2M sqft it was built at $950/sqft
