DOJ OLC has been pretty busy fighting to undermine elections and cancel any program that isn't explicitly limited to helping white dudes, but maybe he can squeeze in a bit of time to share his thoughts on state-sponsored assassination.

Reasonable advice, if we operate on the assumption that it's some alternate reality 2026. Otherwise, "the fox's lawyer should write a memo on when it's lawful to kill hens" is a bit...politically naive.
There are a series of lessons here about the institutions of human rights and the wide range of folks who work in those places - some genuinely, some as professionals, some as both - but I am undercaffeinated with a head cold, so fully sorting out what those lessons are escapes me at the moment.
