if you look at this guy & think “wow he must be so smart”, contratulations, you’ve fallen for society’s inherent biases. because this man actually only possess’s a normal IQ, & his large head chair is due to a medical disease…
if you get covid and it fucks up your life you gotta talk about like “well maybe it was covid but idk maybe microplastics or something lol” because if you don’t give people an easy out from thinking about covid as a thing that actually hurts people they start gettin pissed off 😅
these journalists have got to understand that even if they got blacklisted from doing journalism everywhere for eternity (which wouldn’t happen anyway!), the resulting gofundme would probably net them millions. tens of millions if they phrased the question in a particularly inspired or funny way.

the steam personal calendar sucks ass imo. i like the idea of smaller game creators getting that visibility but from my end i have no reason to see it as anything other than “look! we made a new algorithm so we could recommend you a big pile of games, which just so happen to mostly be ai slop”
there’s a group of people who uses generative ai but finds all the hype distasteful, and my favorite thing about them is that they sincerely believe genAI is making *those other guys* dumber, lazier, overall worse versions of themselves. never occurs to them that they may not be built different.

i feel like people are bringing back the 80’s/90’s sarcasm format of appending “NOT!” to the end of a statement that is meant to be understood as sarcastic
