A big barrier to good dieting for me was food timing, as my last job had really inconsistent and variable hours. Combined with general ADHD stuff, even in a cut I was forgetting or unable to eat enough during the day and stuffing myself til I was basically sick at night before bed to make macros (…)
Also the gym I have accepted an offer from is this close 🤏 to giving me a start date and all it took was two weeks of them bouncing me around between different websites and forms. Friendly reminder if you want in-person personal training in Seattle, I’ll be posting updates on that over on my PT IG:

And, right now, I’ve really got the balance down. Consistent food throughout the day, waking up and going to sleep juuusst a little hungry, not overfull or bloated. Some really good personal wins that will set me up well for fall bulk 🤞🏻
