Hazelnut. Chinese culture isn't much for sweets, especially after a meal, so the only access to sweets I had were Ferrero Rochers that I am convinced have been around since WWI. They had petrified shells that were mostly white from bloom with the dustiest centers that hadn't been creamy in decades.
