Have you ever tried that?? Whatcha this video by @olibclarke.bsky.social, it's impressive and could get 3-4A structure from for small proteins of 25-40 kDa. Even it worked out with small dataset of 600 micrographs youtu.be/xzZyVNxp6Ro?... Here's pre-print: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
