CBP is now claiming that Africa's top referee was detained for 11 hours, put in a cell, and then sent home because of "vetting concerns."
This is obvious bullshit because he WAS GRANTED A VISA BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT AFTER VETTING.
The function of CBP is to flag 'suspicious' travel. Not vetting.
