[2026 Day log] My father now requires injection on mornings and evenings and I'm struggling from waking up early so my day starts out with shouting and mom letting me hear how much of a disappointment I am as a child. I turned out to be useless cause I can't provide money for everyone.

Sometimes, it feels so demoralizing... every time I have a need, I am faced with their troubled expression. I find it hard to ask for help from anyone. I have no one to talk to either. I'm self-isolating and make myself small so I don't bother anyone. It's not very healthy.
