🔁 Ekaterina Zaharieva Today, we have concluded the negotiations on Australia’s association to #HorizonEU, our flagship programme for research and innovation. At a time when the world needs more cooperation to address shared challenges, this is our answer: international research cooperation.

🔁EU in Australia 🇪🇺 & 🇦🇺 initialled 🇦🇺’s association to #HorizonEurope this week after Ursula von der Leyen's recent visit. DDG @MariaCrisRusso visited 🇦🇺 for the initialling and events in Canberra & Sydney. @ayrestim announced the initialling & joined DDG Russo in Sydney, delivering a keynote address.

Many of the ideas discussed during the Festival, from circular construction to inclusive public spaces and climate resilience, are supported by research and innovation projects across Europe. This includes projects funded through Horizon Europe and the NEB Facility. (2/3)
