Surely AltNPS saw this because they're dutiful observers of local DC-area court decisions, and not because they saw @zschonfeld.bsky.social's article in the Hill from six hours ago.

Anytime the Alt National Park Service links to courtlistener.com, it means that they saw the news somewhere else, and they're linking to court docs directly to avoid giving credit where it's due.
