Try and care about trans people and gay people and people of color and women and immigrants and the disabled and the poor and the homeless as much as you care about the White House being desecrated.
There are fucking pogroms happening in Europe. Trans kids are being targeted everywhere. There is an active apartheid state growing by the day and people are starving. Lock the fuck in.
Never mind that you should use whatever power and courage and privilege to just protect vulnerable people because they deserve it because they're fucking human beings and it's the right thing to do.
We are interconnected. You can't defeat fascism by sacrificing people. It only fuels it.

I don't want to hear about "big tents" or any of that bullshit. If you don't stand up for marginalized and endangered people there shouldn't be a tent anywhere you're allowed to stand under. It makes you a coward and it makes you inherently unworthy of being trusted with power.
Every time you defend a Democrat for throwing trans people under the bus and try and argue it's for "electoral reasons" you're telling on yourself and the fact that you don't think it's worth the risk of protecting them and you see them as ultimately sacrificeable.
