Baghdadi Judeo-Arabic
One distinctive feature is preserved ق q.
Muslim Baghdadi (MB) pronounces ق mostly g گ, sometimes q ق, k ك or ǧ ج.
BJA has words from MB with g
garāyǝb ‘relatives’
gǝdǝr ‘pot’
galbi ‘my dear’ (literally ‘my heart’, but the borrowed form with g doesn’t refer to anatomy).
