Ok, updating. This is under Settings > Moderation.
I have opinions. No matter what any platform does, if someone underaged wants to bypass whatever protections are put in place, they will. Not even hard. So all this is doing is penalizing adults who make NSFW, which is the point: Control.
If you have nsfw set to "hide" I implore you to set it to "warn". You still won't see anything except for a blurred post
Otherwise once they roll out account-wide adult content labeling a whole lot of people including me are going to disappear from your timelines, even our sfw text posts
