Here's a story about how In the past the City of Vancouver did almost nothing and unsurprisingly almost no one came. They are now using that as an excuse to lower the already paltry access to a ballot marking device for disabled people in this election. www.ctvnews.ca/vancouver/ar...
The device costs $1500 but in an election where the City is spending double what it spent last election (in an effort to increase the low voter turnout), it says the expense of providing them at polling stations would be too great.
