Wednesday and Thursday bring severe weather to the state, with the biggest potential Wednesday.
Tomorrow will be a wet start to the work week.
Most of Wisconsin is under a Level 1/4 risk of flash flooding, with extreme southern Wisconsin under a 2/4 risk.
Widespread 0.5-1.5” rain totals possible. Areas that get repeated storms could see 2-4” of rain.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for west-central Wisconsin until 11 pm.
Wind gusts to 65 mph and hail to ping pong ball size are possible with the strongest storms.

The Storm Prediction Center has almost all of Wisconsin in a Level 3/5 Severe Weather Risk for tomorrow, June 10.
Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms are possible, including the threat of a few strong tornadoes (especially western Wisconsin), 75+ mph wind gusts, and large hail.
There is a Level 2/5 risk of severe weather this afternoon and evening for much of north-central Wisconsin. Gusty winds of 60-65 mph and quarter size hail are the main concerns.
We are starting to see indications of excessive heat for parts of Wisconsin next week, with temperatures approaching 100°F and heat indices well over 100°F.
