Cross-grafting experiments uncouple MuSC behaviours: Migration is dictated by the myofibre niche, fate decisions are fibre-independent, and symmetric cell divisions are disrupted. Resolves some long-standing debates in the field.
🎊 Happy 2026 from #ASCBcourse!

🚨 JOB OFFER in our lab at Institut Pasteur 🚨
We are looking for a research technician! Please repost 🙏
First dynamic in vivo analysis of dystrophic MuSCs. Identifies niche dysfunctions and points to strategies to restore stem cell function in DMD.
mdx stem cell dysfunction is driven by p38/PI3K signalling, unlike healthy MuSCs, leading to precocious differentiation and loss of stemness.
Great project!
Students are always appreciative of the course, the amount of academic knowledge and practical lab experiences gained across multiple organisms, and the difference strategies used to build a living entity. Please advertise. Thank you!
