D) Iran basically agrees not to advance a nuclear weapons program (it agreed to this frequently) in exchange for control of the strait, 300 billion dollars, complete and urgent sanctions relief, immediate Treasury waivers, etc. It's not clear what Iran DIDN'T get from this deal other than ponies.
