There is a vast amorphous bureaucratic fuckup unfolding at a 55+ low-income building in Portland that recently switched management entities and it is making it more clear than ever that this country/city is like a Bosch painting if you are not rich and that we need social housing yesterday.
Councilor Pirtle-Guiney is an embarrassment to progressives in Portland.
