Everyone was lovely but ambos only took me bc a virtual dr consult told them to due to my history. I nearly left triage before they called me in cos I thought they were right that I just had gastro. Anyway here is me after two bags of fluid and electrolytes, bit of a difference

I love how my updates are always hey guys something new and insane happened to me! I’m all g though, got out Monday. Still recovering/they don’t even know why I got it (my theory is my body just did that) but I am filled with indescribable joy (and endone) about being back to my nice little life
Wild thing about all this is I was in hypovolemic shock & metabolic acidosis but I was compensating so my vitals were normal (occult shock.) This meant it took 7 hours from my 000 call to get fluids and I would be dead if I didn’t. My lips were blue!!!! I couldn’t walk or talk properly!
