I think a lot of people never actually wash their feet.
They just wash the rest of their body but not that bc they think soapy water passively going over is adequate.

Hey I always liked it when I had a homeless person paralyzed and sedated on the vent-I did some skin care and when they left the hospital they were cleaner than ever before.
