Hi I would like to see a picture please also was Cypress suitably impressed?
a really good reason not to use the plagiarism machine to do a job where plagiarism will get you fired is that plagiarism machines are inclined to plagiarize
I’m so sorry I hate that. I have had jobs where I had to read a slush pile and it’s not always fun but at least you feel like you’re giving the writer the respect to read their work. Taking that away is so demoralizing
i think the concept of a "first lady" is weird and sexist and gross at the federal level but the idea that the mayor's wife is meaningfully a "first lady" of a city is so retrograde and stupid i can't even handle it
I don’t want to know that certain sentence structures are a “tell”! this is all a giant waste of my attention and intelligence with no meaningful societal benefits and I hate it!
reading is one of the great pleasures of my life and I deeply and furiously resent the introduction of a low grade but ever present anxiety that I might be fooled into believing that some slop came from a human mind
there are so many things to be angry about but at the moment I really fucking hate the fact that I’m expected to be able to recognize AI generated slop text
That makes sense. I guess that’s basically what I do by default, since I refuse to spend time trying to learn how to spot it. I just hate that there’s no getting away from a generalized sense of devaluation of the written word, without our consent
