Today, a spring scouting report on some of the hottest new LPE and LPE-adjacent articles. Congrats to all the authors on such wonderful placements 🎉
Who thought it would be a good decision for a research paper website to discontinue their research paper series?
Thrilled to see my forthcoming Brooklyn Law Review article, “Postcolonial Private Law,” featured in the @lpeblog.bsky.social spring scouting report! 🎉 The piece argues for a paradigm shift in how we tackle transnational corporate exploitation. 🧵 1/2

Excited to share my job talk paper "Postcolonial Private Law" now on SSRN where I bring international law into conversation with private law theory in arguing for empowering Global South people as rightsholders in transnational supply chains. Thanks for the shout-out @lsolum.bsky.social!

SSRN Responds to My Complaints With Changes and/or Clarifications
not sure if everyone can access this, but I just learned about some dramatic changes to SSRN from Steve Bainbridge's Substack. This is really bad; SSRN has been how I keep up with scholarship in my field from a variety of researchers www.stephenbainbridge.com/p/the-social...
