To that point, I have purchased every TTRPG that has labeled itself xianxia or xianxia-adjacent over the last couple years and none of them have scratched that undefinable itch that makes me obsessed with particular parts of the genre.
Anyway, for the above reasons, I am dying to write a xianxia game, something that captures the feels of Love Between Fairy and Devil, or Lost You Forever, Till the End of the Moon, Ashes of Love, Immortal Samara, etc. etc..
But I still don't fully understand what I even want out of it myself.
