Im also grateful for therapy and medication cause that was literally the only thing keeping me sane over the past like, three months? Oh boy its being insaaaaaaaaane. But I can say I’m doing better, at least I feel like I’m more aware of things and not just chilling in the hole. We can do it 🩷
