if it helps anyone. be very mindful of your hand position while drawing. always have some support on ur elbows too. dont grip ur pen too hard. remember to take breaks and stretch every so often. if u feel wrist pain: stop drawing immediately. if the pain persists, go see a doctor as soon as possible
