#ZigHealthTip This is SO IMPORTANT. Take progress pics! I know you may not want to. You may not like your current body, but THAT IS THE POINT. Change is slow. If you see yourself daily, you won't notice it. You'll feel discouraged with lack of progress. But 2 pics 6 months apart will blow your mind!

I wish I took progress pics before I started training regularly because I went to shave my legs the other day for the 1st time in months and I was like What are these SHAPES?!? ANGLES?? In MY CALVES?!? WHOSE LEGS ARE THESE????
