Anyone know what response times @anthropic.com has?
Iโve been waiting 10 days for help on a ticket w/ followup tickets & multiple emails to get some sort of answer & Iโm just getting ghosted by them.
& their help bot Fin is ironically unhelpful.
Feels like Iโm paying them to ignore me.
