Several years ago I created new graphics for a new Civilization port on ZX Spectrum but it never went anywhere, unfortunately.

The Russian ZX Spectrum scene of the mid-late 90s is fascinating. With more powerful computers expensive and out-of-reach for most, there was a scene of dedicated strategy fans bringing demakes and unique versions of Civilization, Master of Orion, and XCOM to ZX Speccy 'Pentagon' clones.
