gonna make one prediction and immediately mute this thread: if/when Platner is a Senator the group of people who will be most disappointed with his positions, rather than his conduct, will be the people who currently think he will be a reliable anti-Israel vote

Now that Platner is the Dem nominee:
1. F*ck you to all the Maine voters who supported him in the primary.
2. Notwithstanding (1), you MUST follow through and vote for him again in November. Seriously.
3. I'll do my best to avoid direct criticism of him (except the occasional 👀).
I mean, truly, if the question asks you to analyze one specific structure exposed in Lux-leaks, and your answer starts with a full page exposition about Lux-leaks and its historical significance for international tax policy then... then what? What are you even thinking?
I literally took the structure and changed it a bit, and got students answering the question based on the structure as was leaked. Not as I tweaked it for the exam. I didn't even do it as LLM proofing. Just wanted to add an issue for them to identify that was not part of the original structure.
