Why this is hard.
- Not easy. Requires old + new skills. Not a lot of people are in this new space.
- Cognitive Surrender is a real problem. The majority of people expect magic from randomness.

- AI will get better at all knowledge roles.
- Judgment will be addressed by great PDE roles.
- The above requires great PDE roles that use AI well.
