One week since I started taking antibiotics for a mystery illness. Malaise, continuous on/off mild fevers, moderate sore throat, night sweats. Felt just like a cold that wouldn't go away. Went to UC last Sunday after a MAJOR night sweat put the fear of god in me. 1/3
I tested negative for Strep A (Strep throat), so they put me on amoxicillin with a mega-dose for the first day, but had no clue what was wrong. I started feeling better about 48-72hrs later and I'm completely fine now. Antibiotics were coincidental to some viral thing? 2/3
