Kevin found this pair of Hornet Moths (Sesia apiformis) this morning when checking our favourite Poplar tree. Can't say I'm not just a little bit jealous!

Another less than showy showing from #teamMoth last night, but there were a couple of NFYs for me in 12C Cambs - Grey Pine Carpet and Teleiodes vulgella.
And, there was a Peppered, always nice to see. I had a peppered shirt once...near-perfect camo for those moths
