Kevin found this pair of Hornet Moths (Sesia apiformis) this morning when checking our favourite Poplar tree. Can't say I'm not just a little bit jealous!

Another less than showy showing from #teamMoth last night, but there were a couple of NFYs for me in 12C Cambs - Grey Pine Carpet and Teleiodes vulgella.
And, there was a Peppered, always nice to see. I had a peppered shirt once...near-perfect camo for those moths
Another Small Mottled Willow this morning with 220 of 48 in total. 2nd record of Eastern Bordered Straw for VC57 caught down the road, so close!
