People are totally allowed not to like it btw. I'm just saying there's a difference between "I didn't like it" and "it's objectively bad", and also it may be a good idea to consider WHY you didn't like it. It's ok to be disappointed your theory didn't come true, just acknowledge THAT'S the problem.
Anyway, I enjoyed it, thought it wrapped up everything really well, and it actually showed some stuff I thought I didn't want revealed yet it was done in a very satisfying way. Genuinely bittersweet and, unlike some ot the fandom, didn't shy away from complicated emotions.
Anyway, go see TADC on a big screen if you can, I never fully realised how gorgeous the animation is just watching it on youtube.
Some reviews on letterboxd feel like genuine reviewbombing like wowww imagine if you guys had that kind of vitriol for actually bad media. Imagine if you guys had that vitriol for people doing actual harm instead of a trans woman directing an indie animated series available for completely free!!
