💧Climate Bulletin notes drier-than-average conditions in much of western¢ral Europe&in some eastern regions in May. Northwestern continental Europe, Türkiye & Black Sea region saw wetter-than-average conditions. River flow was below average across much of central, eastern & northeastern Europe.
